No. Although you can experience a tremendous savings by signing up for one of our monthly cleaning subscriptions, you are allowed to choose our cleaning services on an individual basis. Keep in mind that the individual cleaning plans don't inlcude the bundle savings rate.

No. Because E&S Building Maintenance Service deals with a range of business clients from a number of industries, we have clients with multiple floors in their organization and we also have clients who operate out of a 600sf space. Our cusotomers love the flexibility of E & S Maintenance Services and our ability to service clients of varying sizes and needs.

No. Alhough we prefer for customers to have an appointment when hiring E & S Building Services, we understand that emergencies do arise. For any service booked within 24 hours of the appointment, a minimal emergency service fee may apply to ensure that we always have staff onhand to address your needs.

Yes. E & S Building Services will help to restore your building after a disaster such as fire, water damage, or other hazardous conditions. We use special machines, chemicals, and techniques to ensure that your building does not suffer the lingering effects of the disaster you suffered.
